Do you train on my own Xero file or a demo company? Your own file, with your own transactions, suppliers and chart of accounts. Our training is personalised for every client's unique needs. It also means the file is in better shape when the session ends than when it started.

What is the health check and diagnostic included in Xero to Hero? A paid inclusion inside the Xero to Hero package, not a standalone product. Before any training begins we review your existing Xero setup and find what is actually wrong, so we teach against your real file rather than a demo company. It is separate from the free Xero Health Check download.

Can you train more than one person at a time? Yes. Every package has a two-person and a three-to-four-person option, and we also run group sessions and webinars. Training a team matters because knowledge stops sitting with one person, which is what you notice the week that person is on leave.

What happens if I get stuck weeks after the training? A question in week six is normal. Support after the session is part of how we work, so you are not on your own once the training finishes.

Do I need to be on the Gold Coast? No. Training runs online by video call and screen share anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, or in person at our Gold Coast Xero Training Centre if you are local.

How much does a Xero course cost? Every package has its price on its own page, including GST, so you see the figure before you book anything. Can I learn Xero myself? Often yes, and Xero's own learning centre is a good place to start if what you need is which buttons to press. Our courses are instructor-led on your own file, which is the difference that matters when the problem is your chart of accounts rather than your knowledge of the software. If free self-paced material fits what you need, use it.
