Repair the file, with both of you watching
- A comprehensive setup and operational efficiency review of your existing Xero setup
- A complete review of structures
- Specialised training to clearly explain the cause of, and solution to, any specific problem in Xero
- Identify and remove bottlenecks to increase efficiency
- Setup 3rd party Xero integrations (eg Shopify) as required
- Reconciliation reviewed line by line, including anything still sitting in a prior year
- Duplicate transactions found and cleared, with the GST on purchases corrected
- Agreement on the day about who checks what each month
- A short written list of anything we could not fix inside the session
Have your Xero login and your last lodged activity statement ready. Both trainees should be at their own screen rather than sharing one.
