She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Professional Accounting. Nikoletta holds Xero Professional certification, and NN Accountability is a Xero Platinum Partner. She has supported hundreds of business owners, particularly in the medical and not-for-profit sectors, to streamline their systems, improve accuracy and boost financial efficiency.
Nikoletta is more than a Senior Accountant and Xero specialist, she is a mentor and an educator. She believes business owners should feel empowered by their financials rather than overwhelmed by them, so she helps clients not only use Xero more efficiently but understand their numbers well enough to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Her approach is different: she does not just do the books, she teaches business owners how to take control of them.
When she is not helping clients master Xero or mentoring her global team, Nikoletta brings the same energy and rhythm to the dance floor. A former competitive springboard diver, she now teaches Cuban salsa to stay active and inspired.

Yes, and it is a good deal of what I do. I work across tax, forensic accounting and the files other people have given up on, and I start with the bank reconciliation, because if that is out then everything downstream of it is out too.
