She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Professional Accounting, is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, and is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) in Queensland. Nikoletta is a Xero-certified professional, and NN Accountability is a Xero platinum partner. She has supported hundreds of business owners, particularly in the medical and not-for-profit sectors, to streamline their systems, improve accuracy and boost financial efficiency.
Nikoletta is more than a Senior Accountant and Xero specialist, she is a mentor and an educator. She believes business owners should feel empowered by their financials rather than overwhelmed by them, so she helps clients not only use Xero more efficiently but understand their numbers well enough to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
