Veronika brings a strong foundation in administration and client support, having progressed into her current role through hands-on experience across the practice. That background has given her a thorough understanding of business operations, client requirements and internal processes, so she can identify growth opportunities and support the development of long-term client relationships.
She is recognised for her positive and proactive approach, her professional communication, and her commitment to delivering long-term value to both clients and the practice.
Alongside those responsibilities, Veronika has completed an Australian tax preparation course and assists with tax preparation services during peak periods.
