Joanna joined NN Accountability in January 2025, bringing over two decades of experience from the hospitality and travel industries into her role as Client Administrator. With a background in administration, customer service, reservations, accounts payable, and inbound travel, she offers clients a well-rounded, detail-oriented approach driven by in exceptional service and communication.

Originally from Malaysia and of Chinese heritage, Joanna holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. Her deep understanding of client needs—whether in hospitality or accounting—ensures that every interaction is handled with professionalism, warmth, and trust.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys quality time with her family, exploring theme parks, diving into arts and crafts, and unwinding at the beach. A fan of puzzles, movies, and K-dramas, she dreams of one day traveling the world, especially to Europe, Japan, and Korea.
