Jitka joined NN Accountability in 2022 as an intern and quickly grew into her current role as a Senior Bookkeeper and Registered BAS Agent. She thrives on the detail and structure of bookkeeping—whether it’s solving complex reconciliations or supporting clients with their daily financial operations. 

Originally from the scenic South Bohemian region of the Czech Republic, Jitka studied at a Business College before beginning her career at a local government office. She then spent seven years in the UK managing hospitality operations, where she gained hands-on experience in team leadership, financial reporting, and customer service. 

After relocating to Australia, Jitka formalised her passion for numbers by earning a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting and a Diploma of Payroll Services. Her well-rounded background gives her a unique ability to understand client needs from both financial and operational perspectives. 

When she’s not working with numbers, Jitka enjoys beekeeping, gardening, and chasing a ball with her four energetic children.
